The Collective Agreement of Black Law Enforcement (CABLE) is a nonprofit organization established in 2019. Members are sworn and non-sworn personnel from various law enforcement agencies. This includes administrators (wardens, chiefs, deputy chiefs, majors) ranking officers (captains, lieutenants, sergeants, detectives) and front-line professionals (state troopers, probation/parole officers, corrections police officers, etc.). Non-sworn CABLE members include psychologists, paralegals and others who support the organization in their areas of expertise. Incorporated in Delaware, CABLE is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
